Facility drop-in provides access to everything the Downtown Y has to offer! This includes our fitness centre, cardio and strength equipment, locker and shower amenities, and more.

Individuals aged 19+ must present a membership card or valid Photo ID for entry.

Drop-in fees are charged to guests who have not enrolled in membership. The fees above are effective from January 1, 2026, do not include tax, and are subject to annual increases.
